“The Blind King” by Lana Axe

“The Blind King”23201780 by Lana Axe is a beautiful fantasy story. Like a fairy tale it sets out by introducing a kingdom and its royal family. The blind prince and his sister are married off with only the heir to the throne remaining single. The three siblings are well drawn and are wonderful characters.
However, although the rival kingdom married their heir to the princess of our peaceful kingdom, they declare war and the blind prince is forced to become king in what is a fight against the odds.

Axe has created an amazing world with some inspiring characters. She tells a classic story of the battle of good versus evil, the survival of the human spirit, of family values, honour and love.

I fell in love with the good characters and their unbroken spirit, their loyalty and humanity and how they overcome their conflicts and challenges. If you love a good fantasy story with beautiful descriptive detail and great characters this is for you.
